firstly, if you don't want divorce then your wife has to file for contested divorce. in her petition she needs to establish that you are not a good husband. surely, she will be making a lot of false accusations against you but in order to not get her a divorce decree, you need to prove that she is lying. if you take my advise, currently your wife is harassing you by filing false complaints against you. you must act proactively and gather all the evidence which can be in your favour. In your case we can see that when law is used by someone who can misuse it, the innocent person is left to suffer. Please file your complaint in a court through a lawyer or yourself in written explaning what all has happened . Give it in writing or orally. have faith in Indian law. Also I suggest you to take help from legal aid section of your mohali district courts or other district court in which case is filed.
