The information provided is insufficient to form a legal opinion. A proper response requires examination of the complete facts, pleadings, documents, bank records, and other relevant materials. Without reviewing the case records, it would not be appropriate to express any opinion or conclusion.

The Court will decide the matter on the basis of evidence, not mere allegations. If the amounts transferred by your wife were genuinely utilized for household expenses, children's education, or other family needs, and your income was invested in properties standing in her name, preserve all bank records, property documents, and financial evidence. Effectively contest the proceedings under Section 498A and the DV Act. The outcome will depend upon your ability to establish the true financial arrangements and the overall conduct of the parties through credible documentary evidence
