Share of daughter on property of father after divorce

Divorce case is pending in court..but He has sold his house now..what can my daughter has share in his property?
Dear Client,
You query is not clear as to whose house is sold . If husband of your daughter has sold the house which was acquired by him after the marriage of your daughter , then there may be some right of your daughter .

1) If your divorce case is pending i like to know present stage of your case.
2) at the time of sale of property you have to take objection.
3) file application before court in pending case or point out these fact before court where the case is pending.
4) court will decide how much share you or your daughter have in said property.
