Shall I provide proofs to lawyer

One of the most important prof in WhatsApp my lawyer asked to give print of it but my lawyer asked to delete contact and make sure only phone number reflect on top instead of name of the person in WhatsApp chat. Shall I do delete and submit prints to my lawyer?

yes this way you can easily prove that that particular message was sent from a particular person to whom you are alleging and you should submit its print out along with sec 65 B certificate to your lawyer

Yes...if you believe that the chats can prove important in your case then you should immediately give the printouts of the chats to your advocate so that he/she can annexure it in the file. And you should delete the contact and then take the screenshot of the above-mentioned chats. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If you want to file any evidence of any chat which is in the WhatsApp then you have to delete the saved contact of that person so that it will be appeared in number and look authentic. For more details kindly connect.
