Brother wife sent summon to my brother on is sister Home address, Should sister accept summon behalf of brother, while she don't want to involve in there case.

Dear Sir,
Sister has to accept the summons and appearing for the case. Whether she is willing or not is unconcerned for the Court. Better ask the sister to participate and approach High Court and get such false case quashed otherwise ex-parte orders will be passed against her.
