Any legal or police action is possible for Sexual relationship of elder married lady (42 yrs)& younger unmarried man(27yrs)?The lady also flirts 3 to 4 other male persons.whatsapp chat screenshot is available as proof
1)Husband can Divorce the lady without ailment proving her extra marital affair,is it correct?
2)any action can be taken against the 27 yrs unmarried boyfriend for spoiling the faith & cheating the lady's husband? 3)husband can get(2 kids) 14 & 7 yrs both boys custody?
in this case if the husband is able to go the Extra marital relationship of the wife, not only he can your sir without early morning and also get the study of the children. But the screenshots of the WhatsApp chat are not enough to prove her illegal relationship. something more is required.
