Sexual Consent Agreement Possible ?

Due to some personal issues, Can wife sign a sexual consent agreement with some other man , if all the three concerned are willing for the same. Also , wife is willing to get pregnant and deleiver baby of some other man via sexual intercourse but dont want any custody later.

their one law which can help in such kind issues is surrogacy act but there should be valid reasons. agreement can be made but that will not be valid in court in case of dispute. other solution for is adopting the new baby.

One can’t do any such sexual consent agreement ! Adultery is not any offence anymore until wife herself complaints for any such sexual activity without her consent ! Any illegitimate child from wife will have the property right over the man who got that child conceived! You need to hire expert advocate in this matter B in touch

Yes . There can be an agreement between the concerned parties which has to be drafted properly subject to rules and regulations and notarized too. some kind of surrogacy agreement wherein all the terms and conditions can be framed in black and white.

a sexual consent agreement is an illegal agreement having no backing of law. surrogacy is also banned in India and cannot be made legal by an agreement between parties. a child conceived out of wedlock is an illegitimate child. however the other man can get custody of the child legally if given up by the mother.
