Sexless marriage leading to Infidelity

My wife and me are Indian Christians residing in UAE with one autistic child. After son was born we have been in a sexless marriage since 5 years.Recently in depression I looked outside our marriage and engaged in infidelity. My spouse found out and now is blackmailing me saying she has proof along with creating extreme financial strain even after I have provided financial support. We have agreed for mutual divorce but feel she will take advantage hiding behind her weakness. advise please

when you both of agreed for mutual consent divorce and if everything is settled regarding financial issues and child custody, visiting rights etc then there should not be any problem with proceeding with the mutual consent divorce which will relive both of you from unwanted relationship and stress

Whether we have agreed or applied for mutual consent divorce or she is filling for divorce on this ground, since you are living in a Muslim country you cannot get you divorce from Court of that country. and I assure you that you need not yield to her blackmail as a she cannot file ccomplant there.. you can contact me if she files any complaint on your coming back to India.
