Settlement agreement wife and husband

Wife put false case on me and my family of 498a, 377,307 504,354 and more. Now on one hand they are asking for settlement but my advocate said that we can't prepare settlement papers until 307 is not removed by wife from FIR, 161,164 STATEMENTS. WHAT TO DO??

dear client as per your query your advocate is right but it has to be seen from the case diary and statement of ur wife u/s 164 or if chargesheet has been filed by the investigation officer for further details please contact us for paid consultation with your relevant documents

no this not as being advised ; in matrimonial cases court take different views ; further there are number of supreme court judgements being compounding of offences in exceptional cases in which does effect society in large ! for further details contact !
