Settlement agreement required for broken roka

Need a settlement deed/agreement as Roka has been broken mutually between Hindu family. Girl’s family has agreed to settle for an amount from us regarding their expenses for marriage arrangement and gifts given to us. Want to know the charges for drafting. Thanks

As you told that you had a roka ceremony with your husband but due to some reason your marriage is not happening and both the parties together have decided that whatever are your expenses or whatever is in your arrangement. About that both the parties together prepare an agreement date and your question is how much fee will have to be spent in writing that agreement deed

hello sir advocate spiti sarkar if the roka has broken you can charge something for settlement compromise 10000 needed. Please see what you could do it's charges will be 10000 Rs. Thank you. You have to offer her a settlement deed , a deed of mutual divorce which will require to draft the settlement clause of both the parties incorporating both the terms and settlement deed will contain a division of properties.
