Separated without divorce from husband because of infidelity and adult

I am separated from my husband since 5 years without divorce as he was cheating on me. He had multiple affairs. He was also not in good terms with me. He visited me frequently for reconciliation but I had lost the trust. We have a daughter of 8 years. Anyhow, i got convinced and was ready to stay with him, I came to know again he was having an steady affair with his maid. I got completely broken. He accepted everything. To save my marriage, what strong legal security can I take for my safety?

Definitely any person who has a bad history cannot be trusted further because they have inculcated it as an habit and the person even after taking efforts tend to repeat the same. We need to talk in detail about the issue. what safety are you expecting?

Well, whatever security you take in terms of money or gold or written assurances, that, your hubby will not cheat, but, he will definitely cheat, considering, he is a sex addict from your own statements. Hence, to save your marriage, compromise with his sex addiction of physically engaging with other women or if you can't tolerate his hyper sex sessions with other women, then, you have the option to grant Divorce to your Hubby on the ground of Adultery.

It is better for you to file a domestic violence case against your husband because even mental torture amounts to the domestic violence. Notices will be issued to your husband, you may then reconcile before the court and up in written assurances may continue cohabitation with your husband.
