Sent signed divorce papers to wife but she refused to sign it

I signed divorce paper and send to wife address..by registred post but she is refused this paper and...i send this all intentionly..isnt it count as a divroce??

No this is not considered as divorse. For divorse u have to file a petion with facts in district court for divorse. If ur wife is ready for divorse then u have file petion of mutual consent divorse in court.

No, stamp divorce paper is not a valid in the eye of law.
You send a stamp divorce paper to your wife, it is not divorce.
You have to file divorce petition against your wife in the concerned court as per the Hindu marriage act.

No just by signing divorce is done u need to register it or take a decree from court , otherwise it is not possible to take divorce. U can file a suit against ur wife of divorce . As u can meet ur near by lawyer and ask him better.

Papers sent by you have no legal validity. For getting a decree of divorce you have to approach competent family court or civil court and have to set grounds for getting divorce which are permissible under the law

no its not count as a divorce. u have file your case in civil court or family court, and then all procudure done by court. court will give u a time atlest 6 months for compromise beetween u and your wife. and then u both of ready for divorce. then court issue a order about your divorce.
