Sending reply to notice to husband 1st time of case

My Hus sent me an divorce notice...ow for me 1st hearing is there in next two days....how can I attend ???with written statement to recd notice... Or nav Mathra present agi next date kelboda..reply GE???.

Dear Madam, You can simply appear or send a request online to adjourn your case to some other date. Due to COVID situation the Courts are not allowing parties/clients/litigants to enter the Court halls. You may engage one Advocate and you will get time to file Written Statement. Before it you may seek for sending the file to mediation as there are chances of compromise.

please see you have to attend and better to engage a lawyer, on next date you can file your objections to divorce petition/ notice, first there will be conciliation where the court will try to unite you and your husband.

you need not to attend you can send your advocate they will ask for time now as is covid parties are not allowed inside the court so you can send your advocate and next date you can appear to the court
