Sending notice for restitution of conjugal rights

Hi, I want to send restitution of conjugal rights notice to my wife. A pre-litigation notice from lawyer side as an intimation that not responding to notice or not coming to matrimony home may result in filing divorce petition. I want to know what would be approximate fees to send such notice and what would be approximate timelines. Things like litigation and other commercials we can discuss after receiving notice. Location: Bangalore Religion: Buddhist (Under Hindu Marriage act)
