hi i am here for my elder sister who is having trouble marriage and seeking to move out it with legal proceeding. we can be more comfortable over phone to discuss. she got married some 5 yrs ago and now she has lost all of her patience with her in-laws and husband. she have one child who she intends to keep with her nkindly guide us on legal part how can we proceed or how can we intimate our intensions..so as this is last and final warning if things do not work out we will how to end it this way

wheather she is seperated from her husband. if yes how long. As there is a ground of long seperation . cruelty here you can issue legal notice to husband as per your intention. further you can go for divorce through petition flr divorce in the court.
