Flat purchased after marriage in 2003 on self earned money in joint name is now on court advice for/ on mutual consent divorce to be transferred to my spouse name. What is the procedure, expenditure and documents required? How long will it take?

hear now you both are the joint ownrs and if any one wants to quit from property he or she can relinquish his/her rights by the written deed. as well before the familly court. expenditures are very from the state to state. but as per transper of property laws that must be registered. In mahahrashtra the stamp duty and charges are very few but it depends on the registration officer.

wheather she is seperated from her husband. if yes how long. As there is a ground of long seperation . cruelty here you can issue legal notice to husband as per your intention. further you can go for divorce through petition flr divorce in the court.
Q: Seller of Car not providing documents to transfer the ownership of car
I bought a car from a person and i paid in full to him. I received the car and am using the car since then. Now when i contact him for original RC copy and transfer docs, he says he is not interested in transferring the ownership and is not receiving my calls. What actions can i take against him?

hello, i understand your problem but tell me , is there any agreement of sale or sale deed with the owner of the car and how did you paid the amount/ price , i mean by cash or by bank. as the car is movable property. and if u have any agreement or sale deed you can move to court.
