Last year my Marriage is done under christian act. We are so happy but i had some doubts on my wife and I asked couple of times.. now my wife was pregnant but she need an divorce and with the help of paster and some local person they asked an settlement but I approached an lawyer and sent an legal notice. Now I got an call from police station and my wife send an petition or case on me. They asked me to come to police station now what will happen to me what I have to do

hi first need to see whether any FiR was lodged against you and any complaint given against you and then you could file quash petition in high court against those allegations that you are not connected to allegations mentioned in the FIR that you are connected to allegations mentioned in it

you attend the police station and right to know the contents of thr complaint. so attend the court and settle the issue. the consequences of legal notice is a police complaint. take the assistance of an advocate to attend along with you.
