seeking divorce to marry the person whom I love

I'm a hindu lady being in love with Y and Y also love me, married since 10 years with X and also have a girl, X have mental disorder problem. I'm not in a position to continue with X, want to be with my lover Y, we are in relationship since last 2 years, also have a baby child from my lover Y, but the X is not ready for divorce thou he knows everything, for the sake of his self interest, because my father offered him property. I'm now in at my parents home since June2019 seperately from X. my parents still support X. last year I was with my love Y for two months living together. what should I do and what can I do for being with my love Y forever? kindly help me
1. if your X is a mentally disable person and you have enough proof of it then you can file divorce.
2. since you and X are not living together from last 2 years so you can file divorce on the ground of discretion.

If X has mental problem then you can get divorce on that ground itself . You being in love with Y does comes in the definition of adultary . Since X is not in a position to to have a normal life with you you can seek divorce and seek Legal solution.
