Seeking Divorce from a 6 months marriage (Hindu Marriage Law)

Dear Sir,
You can take mutual divorce by showing a valid ground to waive of 6 months cooling period. The compensation to the wife that is alimony depends upon income of yourself and your wife. You can also seek divorce within 1 year of marriage on medical grounds or non consummation of marriage.
