Dear Sir,
You can take mutual divorce by showing a valid ground to waive of 6 months cooling period. The compensation to the wife that is alimony depends upon income of yourself and your wife. You can also seek divorce within 1 year of marriage on medical grounds or non consummation of marriage.

I need more information on what you are seeking. if you are seeking divorce, then you need to file divorce case..we need information on whether your wife is working or not.. we can settle and get you divorce by filing case. but be careful and consult lawyer to avoid false cases against you by your wife if she wants to harass you
