hi madam, you can file a divorce on the grounds of cruelty, and since your child is minor, you can take care of the child, and for the child and you, you can file an application for maintenance along with the divorce petition, for filing divorce petition and for any legal assistance kindly contact me, thanks

Is he also working ? You can file for divorce retain custody of child & also take at least Child's maintenance from him. But tell me what evidence / Proof you already have? And the house, whose house it is you are living? rented or own?
