Seeking divorce but marriage is not registered

I married a girl three months ago though my marriage is not registered. When I saw her eccentric habits I doubted if she is mentally unfit. Even people around us have told us so. Even I got to know from a few sources she is not mentally fit. I have left her to her parents one month ago. They are denying that she is mentally unfit. I seek divorce since I can't spend the rest of my life with a mad girl. She even tortured my parents and brothers. What should I do to get rid of her? Should I file a case against them for hiding her mental disease from us. What if we can't prove?
Look. it is very much sensitive matter in a matrimonial life. therefore, if you go to the wrong track you will surrounded in so many Cases like 498(A) IPC, 125 Cr. P.C. 12 of DV, etc., etc. There was no proof in your hand that she is suffering from mental Disorder. Therefore, I suggest you to take a chance for filling Judicial Separation not Divorce for better treatment of your wife from her parent's home and lastly I suggest you to meet with an Advocate immediately he will understand my suggestion.

Sir, first you have to ascertain that your wife is unsound of mind by competent doctors. As a husband it is your primary duty to provide her proper treatment. If competent and qualified doctors opined that she is incapable of understand the meaning of marriage you can file a suit for cancellation of marriage within 1yr. Otherwise, before minimum 1yr of separation you can not file any divorce suit. Thank you.
