seeking advice in the issue of domestic abuse, mental toture

10-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I am a Hindu married woman, married since 2004, have been facing domestic violence, life threatening, use of abusive languages, humiliation, all sort of mental torture since last 10 years from my husband. For few times I was physically abused by him. Gradually he started all sort of non-cooperation in the family and stopped bearing the expenditure related to run a family. He works in a PSU under the ministry of defense since 2008. I seek advice how to get rid of this situation .

Dear Madam, You have to file multiple cases and get maintenance for your livelihood. Since he is working in PSU so there are chances of getting huge monthly maintenance easily and recovery of the same is also easy. On the basis of cruelty committed by him you can file divorce and/or Domestic Violence case against your husband and his family members.
