section 9 RCR by me but my wife file Divorce pation under 13(I) IA

we married under HMA .She left my home last year back with kid and then no communication also change her phone number .Mar 15th 2023 I went to her home talk is very positive with her father.He told me she is in Bangalore. after 2 days her father stopped Picking our ph. Aug 2 I send her RCR notice -Delhi was replied by her advocate with attachment on 22aug that she already file divorce case from Bangalore on 22nd March demanding 2cr. Then only we came to know about petition. Pls Suggest

if you have not already engaged an advocate to represent you in Bangalore case then you can pass on the scanned copy of the petition by unp of whastapp to me. I believe 2 cr alimony can be resisted, so also divorce.

let file objection to that petition and file RCR based on the notice and if she 2cr court will not pass an order and court will see both parties situation and capacity and other things so don't worry just move to case if possible
