To file a transfer petition in a case under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act (HMA), 1955 (which deals with restitution of conjugal rights), you'll typically be asking either the Supreme Court under Section 25 of the CPC. the common grounds for Filing a Transfer Petition are- Convenience of the petitioner, Security concerns or threats from the other party, Medical issues or inability to travel, Children's education or care responsibilities, Avoiding harassment or undue influence. Generally, courts favour the wife’s in these matters. Since a transfer petition needs to be filed before Supreme Court, our office will charge 70,000 for the complete case.

There is no fixed fee structure followed in India for any litigation. Every lawyer has its own fee schedule. If you are willing to file a transfer petition seeking transfer of matter from one state to another, the same can be filed in the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Feel free to connect. Thanks
