Section 9 HMA put conditions while filing RCR

Can i put conditions while filing Section 9 RCR case like i want to live with u if i will be guaranteed protection from my father in law (he tries to touch me, my husband trusts him blindly, he filed divorce thinking i want to separate him from his dad, however i never demanded it, i m ok living with his dad if he or police guarantees me safety), can i write allegations too in section 9, that inspite of the fact that u dont treat me right, took my streedhan, still i want to live with u?
Dear Sir,
It may contain allegations and at the end you may say that inspite of all those serious issues you wish to pardon your wife and ready to take her back. You must say that you have no objection for her entry into your house. But, when she really wanted to join you then you must submit charter of demands before the Mediation centre. Thus, mediation centre may prepare a bond containing conditions for allowing her to enter into your house.

yes madam. you can write your conditions at the time of filing rcr case. and also you can claim maintenance from your husband. during mediation all these things can be discussed wherein you can try to get your problem solved by discussing face to face.
