An application for transfer of the case will have to be submitted. You need to transfer your case from Uttar Pradesh to Madhya Pradesh, for which you will file an application in the Supreme Court. For this, you need a certificate copy.

you can file a case tranfer petition in supreme court through your lawyer mentioning the ground why you want to transfer case from UP to MP Family Court proceeding—an inter-state transfer is generally sought by filing a Transfer Petition (Civil) before the Supreme Court of India under Section 25 CPC. For a criminal case, inter-state transfer can be sought before the Supreme Court under Section 446 BNSS, 2023 (corresponding to the former Section 406 CrPC).
