Is wife can ask alternative accommodation after getting divorce from husband in dv act

No wife can’t ask alternative accommodation, but wife can monthly maintenance from husband by filing a case before Trail Court. Court will get grant interim maintenance once the case. This case will be filed under Sec 144 BNSS

No women can't claim or ask alternative accommodation after the decree of divorce she can only ask for enhancement of maintenance by filing A writ petition for enhancement of maintaince as per sec 19 of Dv act

Dear Sir,  Conditions for Granting Alternative Accommodation: The woman must prove domestic violence. She should not have adequate means to secure her own accommodation. The husband need not provide accommodation within his own house; rent allowance or separate residence can be ordered.
