Where can we find our case number. I was fighting divorce case from Karnataka Family courts and my lawyer is not responding.
okay I understand your questions your Lawyer not responding so you don't have the case status right .if it is possible name of the partyes and which yerar it is filed that information is required other wise it is dificult to search. you can file a fresh vokalath and leading a case if your advocate not respond. this is the best way.

Dear Sir,
You may ask any other Advocate to find out the case number because in Family Courts the details of party not displayed online in the website of Family Courts. You may get issue a notice to your Advocate by Registered Post and get back your entire file and engage another Advocate by terminating his services otherwise it may be dismissed for non-prosecution.
