Dear Sir/Madam, I approched high court to stay DV proceeding taking place in magistrate court and stay order passed in my favour. Now, should I submit order copy personally or high court will pass the information to magistrate court. If so, how long high court will take to submit its saty order to magistrate court?

you must be having at least one at work it who is representing you both in magistrate court and in High Court Who has to guide you in this regard. in case you have not been guided what I want to tell you is that apply for a certified copy of stay that you got in High Court and produce the same attaching it to a memo in the next hearring in magistrate Court.

Dear Sir, It is your duty to take certified copy of such interim order before the Court of Magistrate and DV case will be stayed. You should not get dispose the High Court case immediately since interim orders are in your favour. However, see that interim orders are extended from time to time.
