Salary slip n maintenance n interim

Sir my hus filed for divorce n i m contesting it.i m having 2 years baby boy. Going to apply for maintenance n interim. Hindu n not working. How much do we need to pay to court to get the salary slip of husband via court. Is it 1/3rd of his salary ?! What is the court n stamp fees. Do we need to pay any refundable amount to court.

no you don't refund the court any fese so depend up on your husband salary you will get maintainance from your husband so you have kid also right get maintainance 100/okay if you want any legal help contact me thank you

why you have to pay to court. File application through your lawyer to court and request the court to give direction to your husband's company to furnish his salary slip . Ask your lawyer to do that. If you are not earning them furnish the expense detail of you and your kid to claim maintenance
