My mutual consent divorce case status shows
“ROF summons notice appearance counselling” with next hearing date as 6th Feb 2020.
What does this mean?
My wife and I have been separated for more than 2 years now.
it's a regular procedure of court for counseling while you applying for divorce they try to convince you to don't go for divorce etc.. once you file a mutual divorce you I'll get divorce on 6th month your earliest separation was not calculated
