Rights of woman under divorce.. What is protection right

Sir/Madam (A)Following are the grounds on which husband can file a divorce against his wife.(1) Adultery(2) Cruelty(3) Desertion – for a continuous period of two years or more before the petition is filed(4) Conversion(5) Insanity(6) Leprosy, – provided it is virulent and incurable(7) Venereal disease in a communicable form(8) Renouncing the world(9) Not heard of, for seven years or more(10) Judicial separation decreed,- and no cohabitation for one year after the decree.(11) Restitution of conjugal rights decreed,- and no cohabitation for one year after the decree.(12) Divorce by mutual consent. (B) Both spouses have the right to occupy a marital home unless and until ordered to leave by a court. If a spouse presents evidence that she or her children were victims of domestic violence at the hands of the other spouse the court can order the accused spouse to move out of the family home.  P.S. As religion is not mentioned in the query above information is as per Hindu laws.

Respected sir/madam, Husband can file divorce on ground of cruelty. Husband can stay away from wife if he wish it is not compulsory to stay together till getting divorce. It is not compulsory to husband wife to stay together during divorce proceeding

Hindu Marriage Act, clearly depicts the fact that in case of divorce, separation is a vital vital thing . There are certain rules, which has been mentioned in Hindu Marriage Act under section 13 and 14 . I need more information so I can give you further suggestions
