Right on Property & other Assets

I had purchased one House in my sole name before my marriage with financial support from my parents and housing loan from Bank for which I am paying monthly EMI. I have 2 daughters from my marriage. I need your expert guidance for in case of contested divorce will I have the legal right to sell the property in future and if my wife and daughters will have any right on the proceeds from this sale. My wife is full time working and drawing a handsome salary and is not dependent on me for her and my daughters maintenance. Also I have some investment in my name in Bank Fixed Deposits (FDs) & PPF. Will my wife and daughters can claim their right on the same. Please share your valuable advice.

If Your wife will claim for maintenance for her and two baby First of all what is the age of children’s if yours son and baby if age is less then five years the courts order maintenance. you say your wife is already on job she will not able for maintenance for her and baby’s your property is yours because this property is buy by you. You have every right on this, no one can claim their right on this. And the matter is your FD will be yours and you have the right to it.
