Right of first wife children in father's property

Mr.A got a divorce with Mrs.A . The custody of children was given to Mrs.A with lump sum amount paid by Mr. A. Whether children has any right in property acquired by father after divorce.
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about whether children has right on your property I. e. on father's property after divorce, if it is mentioned in the decree then it will definitely have, which will be a part of decree order, and if not then they will not have any right regarding the same.

Yes children will have right in the property of father. If in amicable settlement during divorce it is mentioned that amount of alimony includes the amount for kids in that situation she is kids can't claim for maintenance but after they attend the majority they can claim share in fathers property.
