Revision of maintenance exparte order

My husband filed revision of exparte maintenance order , and stay order was passed in August 2023. I haven't answered it it due to issue with my advocate. Will it be squashed? Can j request court to check his various bank accounts for his actual income .I have all details of his accounts in various banks. Please reply

yes if you file an application for vacating the interim application against the revision of Your husband . the hon'ble may vacate the stay granted to your husband and you may proceed further for recovery.
