Return Of Stridhan And Other Assets

How could the stridhan and other valueable assets that are given to the husband & their family members can be returned back ? I have filed a domestic violence case against husband and in-laws. Given three sub questions. 1. Marriage happened in April 2022, one year time period has not yet completed. 2. The furnitures will be returned or the cash payment is possible instead of it ? 3. What all documents along with the receipts need to be produced to show the expenses ?
You can claim ur stridhan even if the marriage is not dissolved (before divorce),as time period is not an important factor laid by Supreme court . For this u can file a FIR against ur husband/in- laws or file a criminal complaint case against them separately. For returning it depends upon the court ,if the items are in custody with husband/in laws and is non perishable they can be returned as it is. If there are receipts it is very good or the photographs /video recordings can also be used.
