if 64 years old person aproch the court for divorce retired bank employee husband should pay the alemoney if his wife asked the alemomey in court . and it is depend up on she have any income her self that is also covered under maintenance so what you want in this age you can share the detaile . will give the detailed information about this

Dear Sir, Even the retired husbands filed divorce petition then they are suppose to maintain the wife and pay the monthly maintenance as may be decided by the Court not exceeding 25% of the pension and other income process. You may settle the same by paying some alimony.

She is eligible to get ailmony from her husband as she is the legally wedded wife and the ailmony will be decided on the source of income or financial stability of the husband and the wife's finical condition also will be taken into consideration. Both parties have to submit your assets and liabilities to the court
