Restitution of conjugal rights - allowed

11-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am ready to go with my husband in restitution case but he is hesitating. Just gave him one more date and said, " appear on next date or i will allow the petition" What does this statement means? nWill court pass the order that i can stay at my matrimonial home?nAfter order the case will be disposed and closed?

It seems to me from your question, that, you are under hesitation to go with your hubby and do not want to obey order of the court which court is going to pass in the petition of the Restitution of the Conjugal rights.

depends on stage of matter. judges don't openly suggest what they may offer may not do. however of you have already established merits in your case and your husband has not able to counter it, one can reasonably predict there outcome. however if your relation is spoilt being repairs, there are also alternate solutions to find peace and moved ahead in life. please feel free to contact in case you need further assistance

Is it your husband who filed for he petition ? At what stage is it now? Have you not been appearing regularly? Need much more details to be able to reply appropriately. Once the the Petition is allowed matter is day disposed off.
