Restitution for conjugal rights versus divorce case

22-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am fighting for RCR case from 6 years and my husband has applied for divorce. My lawyer say I won't win the case and end up getting divorce on grounds of seperate house. All of my gold jewellery and other belongings is in their house. I haven't put DV case until now. If divorce happens how will I get my things back? Is it so easy to get divorce even if I want my husband. Please help.

Husband needs a strong ground to get a divorce when wife is opposing. Wife living in a separate house will not help him if she is able to show that he is reason for it. You should claim all jewellery that are in his place. If you have some evidence you can file DV.
