respected mam/sir, pls provide me legal advice


17-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I got married in the year of 2012 and mother in law house tortured for dowry,and they tried to kill me,sexual harrasment ,mental torture to commit and they insisted me to commit suicide,they didnt offer food for many times and planned to kill my child during pregnancy and they absconded to some area could not find place and recently i came to know that he got married , during pregnancy whole family made me to sit for the whole night without offering me a drop of water and they all went asleep.

First give a complaint for bigamy and domestic violence in your nearest all women police station. Secondly file a divorce petition before a family court along with maintenance. File civil suits if he holds any family property claiming your child share.

hello mam alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, a criminal complaint for domestic violence can be filed in the local AWPS POLICE STATION against all these atrocities and demand immediate action, a private complaint can also be subsequently filed before the magistrate court. you can contact me for further clarifications. thank you

Dear Client don't panic be brave according to your issue it's seems to peculiar but I can resolve it you may lodge a police complaint at your location against them u may file a complaint in district protection officer which is located at district collectorate at your location I will help you please contact me with all relevant proffs thanks and regards
