My husband applied for divorce and i agreed to give him divorce but he has not returned my things and educational certificates. Now he has went to abroad. He is a canadian citizen. I need my things and certificates back. I left my job because of him. Now i dont have any income also for my survival. We belong to hindu religion.
dear client whether u and your husband jointly filed petition for divorce or your husband alone filed a divorce petition ah... u have right to receive your own things and also your certificates failling which file a petition before concerned court and get your valuable things.... need further clarification pls call thank u... yours legally E. There are two ways to get your things from your husband. First one is through the divorce case you can file an application for getting your things.
