requird document for apply divorce & divorce procedure

I am guruprasad shenoy karkala taluk udupi district..i did my marriage in 2013.ow i have 6yr old daughter and 2yr old son.My marriage not registerd yet. After some year i was noticed some abnormal behaivior in my wife.Many times she gave sucide threat for small silly things.Then i consult psychaitric doctor, they said she have border line personality desorder and got proper counciling and gave tablet for my wife. After that she looking like normal. But she was refuse to take tablet .Then problems repeated.She torturing childrens, me & my parents(my father 73yr & mother 68yr).Thatswhy i am decided to take divorce from her.but i want both childrens.i want to take care of my childrens.. Is this possible?

Yes, you can. You’ll have to file a case for divorce either through mutual consent or contested if she is not willing to. Marriage need not be registered to get a divorce. Where did you get married? Where do you’ll reside? The place for filing the case will depend on this. Please reach out for future discussions

you can collect the doctor prescription and collect the related documents with respect to the medical treatment and marriage registration certificate is not required and when it comes to your kids you can apply for permanent custody showing your wife health issues
