Facing a court-mandated payment increase to Rs. 75,000 next month due to unforeseen medical expenses and prior commitments. As the sole caretaker of two young children, these financial demands challenge my ability to cover their educational and living expenses. dear client as per your query the maintenance order passed and you want to reduce the maintenance amount as you cannot afford to pay 75,000 per amount you want to appeal against the order for relief for you...

the best way to move forward is to challenge the modern by which the maintenance amount has been increased by the court. you need to find a criminal revision application before the high court under Section 523 of the BNSS and challenge the order stating your circumstances.

Hello, You can always appeal the Order/Judgement before the Appropriate forum of law if you feel that your rights are prejudiced or if you feel dissatisfied with the order. It's very difficult to ascertain the situation of yours. Thus answering properly is not possible.
