Greetings for the day! A reply is necessary to the legal notice. This is an indication that he intends to file a case as well, in case you do not join back. A para-wise response must be drafted and sent. I have been litigating in matrimonial laws. You may connect for further assistance. Regards.

If you have been subjected to cruelty and harassment then file a complaint immediately in the police/CAW cell. This notice is sent as a precautionary measure by them to protect from any penal offence. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

If you have received a legal notice then you should always reply to that notice denying all the irrelevant facts mentioned in the notice by your husband. He must have mentioned that it was all your fault and you should have not moved from the matrimonial life of your husband. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi, Going by the limited information provided by you, it is essential to send reply to the legal notice telling them what has happened with you and secondly what do you want otherwise legal action will be initiated against them. The legal action may be divorce and other criminal and civil depending upon what you want from them. As limited information was provided I advise to meet and then We can discuss for a sane legal advise.
