Repeated instances of violence from husband but no bruises, need help

03-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband has been subjecting me to domestic violence a few times since 2021, more recently in 2023, on Sep 2. I don't have any bruises to show but he admitted it to my dad who was in the house. There have been instances of mental abuse and cruelty too. I want to apply for divorce on these grounds. Will it hold? Can he deny and get away with it?

In cases of domestic violence bruises or old marks are not essential. in recent decisions various other kinds of violence have been recognised. evidence of your father will also be counted as proof. but for seeking dors on that basis one or two instances will not be enough.
