Remedy in India for the marriage of Indian couple got married abroad

Couple (Both Indian) was in Australia and they got married in Melbourne (as per Australian law). Husband left for Canada. It has been 2 years, and wife has no contact with the husband. Does wife have any remedy in India or it is only possible in Australia?

Hello sir,
wife has full liberty to file case here in India and register FIR against him in India u/s 498 A, and he have to come here and face legal proceedings here and if he dont come then police will issue LOC against him and Passport cancellation proceedings will start
