Remarry registration after divorce is possible

Sir I have done court marriage on march 2015 in kanpur due to some problem I have taken divorce in state MP .on sep 18 . And now want marry again as a unmarried it is possible and I also dont want divorce mention in my marriage certificate it is possible

you have done court marriage on March 2015 in kanpur due to some problem you have taken divorce in state of M.P on sep 2018 and now you want to marry again as a unmarried so you want to know it is possible and you also don't want divorce ro be mentioned in marriage certificate

You can remarry if your last marriage was divorced legally. In new marriage, there will not be any mention or reference of last marriage or divorce in any manner. You can marry as per your discretion. There is no bar of any law or these references anywhere untill someone wants to know from the court only. So, you can remarry definitely and no last marriage reference at all anywhere in the document.

You'll need to present your divorce decree for solemnizing your marriage . Without that it's not possible legally and as per social customs too since it is important for your partner also to know about your divorce . For further information kindly contact me here.
