Remarriage while going case in court

Can a provision for second wife too remarry to another person except her husband if the first wife is still alive and second wife a child when the case of domestic abuse and marriage null and void is going on in court
if a person is married he cannot marry in hindu law if his wife is alive and there is no divorce happened between them. he need to get the divorce first before remarriage. there is no provision of second marriage if first wife is alive.

yes it has become a common trend these days to remarry while the court cases are still pending but it is very much important depending case to case weather you shold get a concent of the spouse or permission from the court itself to proceed further
