Hello Sir, I am a Hindu, citizen of India by birth and Indian Passport Holder but a Permanent Resident of South Africa staying here for last 10 years. I got married in 2018 to a Hindu girl in Indore and brought her to South Africa as spouse. Due to her constant fighting and threatening nature, we lived separately in SOuth Africa after 1 year of marriage and I filed for divorce which she contested, She received regular maintenance for 17 months and on all written legal documents, contested for 50% of my property here as part of legal process. Court denied her claims, and granted divorce after her active participation in court represented by a lawyer. Now, the lady has come back to Indore, MP again and filed 498a. Need help with some Internationally accepted Divorce cases which were contested and a fair judicial process was followed internationally. Thanks,

hello client as i can see youe issue is really veey seroius as per law it is illegal to file the case in a way as your wife has filled. the solution of your problem is there with us . but for the fuĺl documentation is required gor the poutpose yo get solved.

you have not mentioned whether the divorce was granted at the court in India or outside means at South Africa moreover if the divorce was granted by the court on mutual term basis so what was the clauses in that you have please share with me if possible if you are agreed bye our conduct again you have to file a proper reply to her maintenance case and also if there is a mutual settlement between you and your wife you can approach the High Court for quashing of the proceedings against you for more details you can contact our office thank you
