related to nulled or fraud marriage against my wife related to puberty

My name is Ranganath I have been married two months a go , after marriage we can not able to do intercourse in that case i asked my wife is there any problem she said that she had a small vigena, later come to know she could not get puberty, her parents are telling that she get puberty at the age of 24 and she had periods 2-3 months later she had not getting periods till now , i.e from three years she is not geting periods , can i file anulled marriage case against her

Dear Sir, Yes, you can file a case for annulment of marriage under the relevant provisions of Hindu Marriage Act on medical reasons of your wife and if necessary she will be refer to medical board for report. You need not pay any alimony to her. Such case has to be file within one year of your marriage so you must hurry up with medical records if any.

yes you can file annulment of the marriage on the basis narrated by you. I have seen that a liar wife having similar problem manage to go on appeal and is still fighting the case and is also getting maintenance from her husband. if you are living in Bangalore you can contact me.
